- Massaging bath with premium breed specific shampoo and a separate gentle face wash. All dogs are washed through at least twice. (sensitive skin shampoo available)
- Conditioner included for specific coat types that would benefit (if the coat/skin is oily a conditioner will not be used as this will result in a greasy coat)
- Fluff dried by hand (varied speeds to suit each dog's needs)
- Thorough coat brush out (please note this does not include dematting).
- Any kind of styling required (dematting/clip offs charged extra)
- Nails clipped & grinded if tolerated (paw balm applied if paw pads are dry)
- Ears cleaned (plucked only upon request of the customer)
- A spritz of luxurious natural pawfume

Smooth Haired Full Works

- Conditioner included for specific coat types that would benefit (if the coat/skin is oily a conditioner will not be used as this will result in a greasy coat)
- Blow dried by hand (varied speeds to suit each dog's needs)
- Thorough coat deshedding brush out with deshedding tools for a minimum of 15 minutes (any longer on the same body part can result in sore skin).
- Nails clipped and grinded if tolerated (paw balm applied if paw pads are dry)
- Ears cleaned
- A spritz of luxurious natural pawfume
Puppy Pamper Package
4 x 4 weekly (maximum) pamper sessions from 12 weeks of age preparing puppies for a perfect grooming life. Including the use of Pet Remedy for extra calming aromas.
- Massaging bath using the soft shower setting with premium puppy specific shampoo and a separate gentle face wash. All dogs are washed through at least twice. (sensitive skin shampoo available)
- Softly dried by hand at the lowest speeds gradually gaining their trust with the dryer and a happy hoodie is used for each puppy to reduce the noise even further
- Gentle introductions with a slicker brush and comb
- Introducing the sound of clippers with a hygiene and paw pad trim
- Scissor work around the feet and face using gentle handling techniques
- Nail clipping and ear cleaning, getting them used to the handling of feet and ears
- A spritz of luxurious natural puppy safe pawfume

Desensitising Sessions
As a 1-2-1 salon desensitising is a great service I am proud to be able to provide. If your dog has had previous bad experiences with any aspect of grooming, desensitising sessions are available to help them through their fears and create a better mindset for them in a grooming environment. These sessions can be tailored to whatever fears your dog has, with positive reinforcement and slow re-introductions. Working together inside the salon and at home for a calmer and happier dog. Including the addition of Pet Remedy with natural proven calming aromas.
